MIAMI—The historic Bath Club, a private members club sitting on more than five acres with 500 feet of beach along the Atlantic Ocean in Miami Beach, is up for grabs. It was originally developed in 1926.

In the roaring '20s, The Bath Club was one of the premier social clubs catering to the wealthy in the United States. President Herbert Hoover was a member.

Colliers International South Florida listed the asset. Engels and Volker's Irving Padron is collaborating with Colliers to market the Miami Beach property. The sale price may exceed $25 million.
