WASHINGTON, DC–Colliers International has recruited CBRE's Matthew Plunket to join the firm as vice president in Tenant Services. He will provide local and national tenant representation from the Washington DC office.
At CBRE, Plunket provided commercial real estate advice and services for law firms, government affairs offices for Fortune 500 Corporations, communication companies, associations, and nonprofits.
Clients and transactions have included Williams & Jensen, Cavalry, LLC, Kraft Heinz Food Group, Universities Space Research Association, Casey Family Programs and Heifer International.
In a prepared statement Plunket said that the prospect of building out Colliers International's DC-area services “was an opportunity I couldn't jump on fast enough.”
