INDIANAPOLIS—New owners have begun pouring millions of dollars into downtown properties here, as more and more companies decide they need a downtown office to attract young talent. Fairbridge Properties, for example, has decided to renovate its Landmark Center and reposition the property within the downtown marketplace. The 100,000 square feet occupied by Angie’s List will become available for lease in the spring of 2018. In addition, the Centene space totaling approximately 60,000 square feet will become available at the end of July 2017.

“Landmark will undergo a major transformation that we are very excited about,” says Dr. Dmitry Gordeev, Fairbridge Properties’ founder and managing partner. Among other amenities and upgrades, “the new lobby will be sleek and contemporary in its design, featuring natural stone and dark wood finishes. The adjacent modern lounge will provide tenants at the building an additional place to have coffee or meet with a colleague in a more informal and inviting setting.”
