Natasha Stancill

WASHINGTON, DC–Urban Pace is showing all the earmarks of a company confident it will see further growth and regional expansion in the near term. The most telling indicator was earlier this month when it announced it had recruited Clint Mann, a former Executive Vice President at McWilliams|Ballard, to join the company as its second president, working with President Matt Dewey.

Today the company has announced it has brought on board real estate marketing executive Natasha Stancill as Vice President of Business Relations. She will be tasked with building relationships with developers and partners throughout the Washington DC region. Stancill, an industry veteran of 15 years, joins Urban Pace from Madison Marquette, where she was vice president of Corporate Marketing.

“She'll be working side by side with Clint Mann as we grow and expand our footprint locally and elsewhere,” said Matt Dewey, president of Urban Pace, in a prepared statement.

Mann and Dewey's responsibilities have been roughly divvied up so that Mann will focus more on expansion within the Mid-Atlantic region.

“With Tasha on board, Urban Pace's new leadership team is now established and poised to execute on our growth plan,” Lynn Hackney, founder of Urban Pace, said in a prepared statement.

Before joining Madison Marquette, Stancill was director of Marketing for CBRE, leading the marketing initiatives for the company's local offices in Baltimore, Bethesda, Tyson's Corner and Washington, DC. Prior to CBRE, she was director of Marketing for Monument Realty. Urban Pace's current director of Marketing, incidentally, is another Monument Realty alum: Pam Zandy joined Urban Pace about a year and a half ago from Monument.
