HOUSTON—Stewart Title said Monday that Gregg Christensen had joined its New York City commercial services group as senior business development officer. He'll be responsible for growing market-share and providing relationship management within Stewart Title's client base.
“I'm honored to join an esteemed industry leader like Stewart, with its rich history and exceptionally talented group of professionals,” says Christensen. “I look forward to contributing to the team and to the success of the company.”
Christensen came to Stewart Title after 23 years with ALM's Real Estate Media Group, most recently as SVP of sales for the group. In that capacity, he was responsible for growing top-line revenue for Real Estate Forum, GlobeSt.com and the RealShare Conference Series. He also led the business integration efforts of those three brands.
During his tenure with ALM, Christensen was consistently a top-revenue producer and acted as an advisor to leaders in the national commercial real estate community. He began his tenure with the Real Estate Media Group in 1994, joining the group as an account executive.
“We are thrilled to have Gregg join our commercial services team,” says Len Franco, VP and regional sales director, commercial services at Stewart Title. “His extensive experience within the commercial real estate industry and longstanding relationships with industry leaders throughout the nation will give Gregg the ability to provide unparalleled relationship management to our commercial clients.”
