Craig Robinson

NEW YORK CITY—Craig Robinson has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as CEO of global corporate services.

He comes to the firm after serving as president of US operations for Colliers International Group, where he had responsibility for over $1 billion in annual revenue, 5,600 real estate professionals, and all day-to-day aspects of the business including sales and operations for corporate services, brokerage, property and facility management, project management, valuations and capital markets.

He also was responsible for acquisitions and served on the firm's global executive operating committee.

At NGKF, he will be based here and will be tapped to lead the firm's integrated offering and solutions for occupier clients around the globe, including sales, operations, strategic acquisitions and overall platform growth. This announcement follows a series of significant client-centric investments NGKF has recently made in the occupier platform, particularly in areas of technology innovation and strategic consulting, which the firm will continue under Craig's leadership.

Prior to Colliers, Robinson was president of corporate services for Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) where he led the firm's global outsourcing solutions for corporations, healthcare organizations and public institutions. Robinson also held numerous corporate services leadership roles at CBRE and Trammell Crow Co., as well as currently serving as an advisor to Traverse Venture Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investing in real estate technology growth companies.

“NGKF is committed to being an undisputed global leader in occupier solutions – but doing so in a progressive and forward-looking manner that centers on client strategy, innovation and technology. This is the future of the industry,” says Robinson. “Further, the firm has the capital resources, entrepreneurial culture and leadership commitment to bring this vision to fruition. I could not be more excited to join the team.”

Adds NGKF CEO Barry Gosin, “Growing Global Corporate Services is our firm's number one priority. Craig's leadership track record in building, scaling and innovating businesses in the occupier sector makes him an obvious and exciting partner to take our platform to the next level.”
