NEW YORK CITY—Eze Castle Integration has renewed its lease at Silverstein Properties' 529 Fifth Ave. property. The technology solutions provider chose to remain in its nearly 18,000-square-foot space.

Under the firm's new seven-year lease, EZE Castle will remain in its 17,925-square-foot office that encompasses the entire seventh floor of the 20-story, 282,278-square-foot tower.

Ben Friedland, Michael Movshovich and Taylor Scheinman of CBRE represented Eze Castle Integration. Roger Silverstein, Joseph Artusa and Camille McGratty represented Silverstein Properties in-house. The tenant was also represented by Robert M. Schlein of Prince Lobel Tye LLP and the landlord was represented by Jeffrey A. Samuels of Wilk Auslander LLP.
