SAN DIEGO–The Downtown San Diego submarket, and Pacific Gate in particular, is attracting Baby Boomers who are swapping out their single-family suburban homes for the convenience of condo living in an urban setting, Bosa Development‘s director of sales and marketing Bemi Jauhal tells GlobeSt.com. The Top Tier Estate Collection at Pacific Gate by Bosa is a luxury community that has been “under the radar” since the new residences started selling a year ago. We spoke with Jauhal about the luxury-residential condo market, whom it is targeting and how these buyers and residents differ from apartment and single-family dwellers.
