Anthony LoPinto

I am sure that most of our readers have enjoyed IBM's “Watson” ads trumpeting the artificial intelligence smart guy that IBM contends will change the world. Well, step aside Watson, Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett is dumping IBM shares, about one-third of his holdings, because Watson isn't living-up to expectations.

Well, sorry Watson, from a market cap point of view, Amazon's Alexa is smarter for ordinary folks while she is getting smarter everyday on the home front. IBM's revenues have fallen for 20 consecutive quarters while Amazon revenues are on a rocket ship.

Sorry Watson, maybe a little less macho may have won the day.
