NEW YORK CITY—RFR Realty LLC reports it has closed on three lease deals totaling 26,500 square feet at its 17 State St. building here.
EnTech Engineering, a consulting company specializing in construction, engineering, environmental inspection, safety and health, is relocating from 11 Broadway and is taking a tower floor (14,500 square feet) at 17 State St., a 42-story 570,696-square-foot office tower in Downtown Manhattan.
In addition, StoneTurn Group renewed its lease for 7,234 square feet and commercial insurance provider Hebert Jamison renewed its 4,752-square-foot office space at the property.
“EnTech Engineering has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and required a new space for its expanding operations, while StoneTurn Group and Herbert Jamison are both longstanding tenants who have extended their commitment to the building,” says AJ Camhi, director of leasing at RFR Realty. “Each of the executives and employees will benefit from the exceptional location, prestige and breathtaking water views.”
Camhi represented RFR in-house, along with Mitch Konsker and a team from JLL that includes John Wheeler and Clayton Kline. Jonathan B. Fein of Cushman & Wakefield represented EnTech in the lease deal.
IPsoft, Inc., a technology company that has developed an artificial intelligence called Amelia, recently renewed its 140,000 –square-foot-lease at the building.
