Plano Tower

PLANO, TX—In a shift away from traditional office designs, open floorplan creative space with exposed ceiling heights are becoming the norm. In a recent example at Plano Tower, a multi-year expansion and renewal transaction touts the value of such spaces.

Dallas-based TriDigital LLC, a growing digital marketing firm, has expanded into Bank of America's former space, bringing its total size to 12,070 square feet at 101 East Park Blvd. TriDigital has been a tenant of Boxer Property since 2013.

The property has 13 stories with a total of 225,445 square feet of office space for rent. This class-A office tower also features a mirrored glass exterior, landscaping, upgraded lobby and granite floors. Tenants have numerous amenities available at Plano Tower including an on-site café, Bank of America, conveniently placed FedEx and USPS drop boxes, and abundant surface and covered parking. This building also has on-site property management, security and patrol services.

The property offers access to Central Expressway (US Highway 75), George Bush Turnpike and DART Orange/Red Lines-Parker station (under half a mile), Highway 190 and Highway 121. Collin Creek Mall, hotels and restaurants also in the near vicinity include Hibachi House Sushi, Mi Cocina, Panera Bread, Bonnie Ruth's, Starbucks Best Western, Holiday Inn, Days Inn and Ramada Limited.

Leasing representative, Julieann Chism, and regional leasing manager Gloria Medlock negotiated the deal on behalf of Boxer Property and coordinated directly with the tenant.

“50% of our most recent extensive tenant-specified buildouts have been a creative space,” Medlock tells GlobeSt.com. “We are seeing a change from traditional office space towards unique designs and exposed ceilings.”
