Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Signs Major Lease at Life Time Center

CHESTNUT HILL, MA—Dana-Farber has signed a long-term lease for 140,000-square-feet of space on two floors of the 290,000-square-foot Life Time Center, formerly the Atrium Mall.

CHESTNUT HILL, MA—Thanks to a major lease deal with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Bullfinch Companies’ redevelopment of the Atrium Mall into the Life Time Center here is all but complete.

Dana-Farber has signed a long-term lease for 140,000-square-feet of space on two floors of the 290,000-square-foot Life Time Center, formerly the Atrium Mall. On June 1, Life Time Fitness opened its third facility in the Boston market in 115,000 square feet of space at the property at 300 Boylston St.
