Brad Needleman, executive managing director, Newmark Knight Frank

NEW YORK CITY—Brad Needleman, a 14-year commercial brokerage veteran, has left CBRE for Newmark Knight Frank where he will serve as an executive managing director at its New York City headquarters.

Needleman was a SVP at CBRE prior to joining Newmark. In his new post, he will be a tenant representative specialist focusing on the financial services, as well as the TAMI (technology, advertising, media, information) sectors.

In his career, Needleman has completed deals on behalf of investment banks hedge funds private equity firms, technology companies and advertising firms throughout New York City, Newmark Knight Frank says. He has successfully competed a wide variety of transactions that have included lease acquisitions and dispositions, strategic development, the implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals. Some of his clients include: JCDecaux, H.I.G. Capital, Sotheby's Institute of Art, BBR Partners, Permira and British Airways.

Earlier this year he was on the CBRE team that represented law firm Roberts & Holland in its 15-year, 27,000-square-foot lease at the Rudin Family's 1675 Broadway office building.
