GREENBELT, MD–West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Morning Calm has been signing up new tenants and enhancing the amenities of its seven-building, 810,000-square foot transit-oriented business campus, Capital Office Park, which it acquired in December 2016 for $49 million from Mack-Cali Realty.
CliftonLarsonAllen LLP and Transit Employees Federal Credit Union have inked long-term leases for a combined 22,000 square feet at the park. CliftonLarsenAllen relocated from its regional office from Calverton, Md., and the Transit Employees Federal Credit Union relocated from on H street in Washington, DC.
Most recently, Prince George's County approved a food truck hub at Capital Office Park.
The food trucks will be on-site one to two days per week, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Capital Office Park has two on-site cafes among its amenities and bringing in the food trucks will add to the tenants' options. “Over the coming weeks, we'll be testing out the food trucks before putting them in the 'normal rotation,' and, eventually, they will be parked at our forthcoming outdoor pavilion,” Mukang Cho, CEO of Morning Calm, says in a prepared statement.
