PHILADELPHIA—Jones Lang LaSalle named company veteran Mike Morrone as its Philadelphia market director, and promoted Tony Juliano to chief operating officer for the region.

As Philadelphia market director, Morrone will be responsible for overall product quality and delivery across all business lines, focusing on clients, business development, recruiting, and market growth for the Americas and international clients. His leadership will help drive some of the region's most impactful transactions, and the success of his clients and team. Previously, Morrone was managing director and broker lead for JLL's Philadelphia market.

“What sets JLL apart is that we put our clients at the center of every choice we make,” says Morrone. “I look forward to working with Tony to fulfill our brand's promise to help our clients achieve their ambitions. Maintaining this cultural focus will clearly help JLL preserve and continue to grow its presence and overall Philadelphia market share.”

Morrone serves on JLL's National Leadership Council and was named to the company's “Top Gun” list from 2010-2016.

Before joining JLL, Morrone was executive vice president/account manager at UGL Equis and with Verizon and Atlantic American Properties.

Morrone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.

As COO, Juliano will oversee JLL's revenue-producing service lines including Philadelphia leasing, capital markets, property management, and project management. He also will manage JLL's human resources, finance, research, and marketing departments. He has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience in transaction advisory, finance, and operations.

Juliano, who joined JLL in 2010, was previously a financial analyst with Liberty Property Trust. In 2014, he joined the Philadelphia Market as finance manager. He was named senior vice president of operations in March 2017. He holds a Master of Business Administration, with a Finance concentration, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy , both from Villanova University.

“I am very excited to take on my new role, partnering with Mike Morrone and our local management team as we continue to drive growth for JLL Philadelphia,” says Juliano. “Our clients believe in JLL as one-stop shop for their real estate needs, and we look forward to expanding our existing relationships, winning new business, and gaining market share in the Philadelphia region.”
