3400 at CityLine is currently in lease-up and slated for delivery in September of this year.
RICHARDSON, TX—The 313,000-square-foot office building at 3400 at CityLine is a transit-oriented development. It is one of the largest in the Dallas-Fort Worth region with more than 3 million square feet of office space, 1,400 multifamily units, 25 restaurants and a Whole Foods-anchored retail center. The project is currently in lease-up, having broken ground in second quarter 2016 and is slated for delivery in September of this year.
In addition, the CityLine development has achieved wired certification for developments based on planned connectivity features that will ultimately ensure the building will fit current and future needs of commercial tenants, according to WiredScore, Transwestern Development Company and UBS. Six Internet service providers, AT&T, XO Communications, Time Warner, CenturyLink, Unite Private Networks and Windstream have confirmed service to the building’s tenants with business grade fiber-optic Internet access. There is also abundant conduit capacity connecting the building and street infrastructure, enabling seamless connections to Internet service provider networks and reducing the cost of service to tenants.
