NEW YORK CITY—Digital marketing concern Intouch Solutions is doubling its presence and extending its lease term at 469 Seventh Ave.

The firm, which relocated its New York City operations from 1001 Ave. of the Americas to 469 Seventh Ave. in 2015, is expanding its presence at the building by 17,000 square feet.

Intouch Solutions will now occupy a total of 34,000 square feet at the 17-story, 267,000-square-foot property owned by Meyer Equities LLC. The deal was announced by Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of the Schoen Group at Savitt Partners, which arranged the transaction.

The new deal involves an expansion for 10 years for 17,000-square-feet on the eighth floor at 469 Seventh Ave. Intouch Solutions, which is headquartered in Kansas City and has offices in Chicago, will also be extending its current lease on the 10th floor to be coterminous. While financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed, Savitt Partners notes that asking rent at the property is $62-a-square-foot.

“Management at Intouch looked at many options and worked closely with ownership to obtain the eighth floor, given that the building is 100% occupied,” Schoen notes. “The location of the building, in the heart of Midtown South with excellent transportation and the recent development of many hotels, were key factors in choosing 469 Seventh Avenue.”

Intouch Solutions, founded in 1999, is a marketing company that specializes in assisting life science and healthcare companies. The firm, which according to its website, employs 650 workers, announced yesterday the hiring of Lindsey Carlton as account manager and Susan Dolan as senior account manager at its growing New York City office. In June, the firm reported the hires of Kim Middleton as senior vice president of client services and Marc Sirockman as vice president of strategic development at its Manhattan office in Midtown South.
