International Flavors & Fragrances Leases 60K SF at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ

HOLMDEL, NJ— International Flavors & Fragrances has signed a 15-year office lease agreement with Somerset Development at Bell Works, the redeveloped two-million-square-foot Bell Laboratories, now repositioned as a “metroburb” in Holmdel, NJ. IFF will occupy 60,000 square feet for its creative lab.
