MIAMI—Far north of Miami, Miracle Plaza is getting some significant traction. Hollywood Feed just signed a 10-year lease to become the center's newest retailer.
Located at 1815 Thomasville Road next to the Midtown area, Whole Foods anchors the plaza.
Hollywood Feed will be located along Thomasville Road in a newly-constructed 6,000-square-foot multi-tenant building. Construction is expected to start in early Fall 2017.
Hollywood Feed, known for its natural and holistic pet food and products, has 55 stores across the Southeast. This will be the company's first location in Florida and Tallahassee.
“The Tallahassee market, and in particular the Thomasville Road corridor, continues to be a sought-after location for restaurants and retailers,” Franklin Street's Whitney Kantor tells GlobeSt.com. tells GlobeSt.com. “Hollywood Feed's entry into the Florida market with its first store being Tallahassee speaks to the strength of the market and the reflection of the lifestyle consumers seek for themselves and their pets.”
Miracle Plaza is a 74,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center with a mix of local, regional and national retailers and restaurants. The center is also home to 4Rivers Smokehouse, BURGERFI, Zoe's Kitchen, fab'rik, Millennium Nail and Day Spa and others.
“Miracle Plaza's holistic and quality mix of tenants and anchored by Whole Foods expands the customer draw of the center which translates into higher sales volumes for the merchants,” says Kantor. The center is nearly 95% occupied.
