ATLANTA—Panattoni Development company started construction on another 1.55 million square feet of industrial space at Lambert Farms Logistics Park. The industrial project is located just south of Atlanta in Henry County, GA.
Already, 1 million square feet of the industrial space has been pre-leased to an international consumer brand. The remaining 550,000 square feet is being developed as speculative space.
A JLL team led by Wit Truitt, Chris Tomasulo and Reed Davis represented the ownership entity in the industrial lease negotiations and is marketing the spec portion of the project. Panattoni started construction on the development in June and expects to complete it in the second quarter of 2018.
