ATLANTA—OliverMcMillan is building a 17-story high-rise office tower in Buckhead. The Office Buckhead Atlanta will offer the market 330,000 square feet of class A office space and 30,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurants at 300 East Paces Ferry Road.
Designed by renowned architect Gensler, The Office Buckhead Atlanta will feature sustainably designed, modern architecture. Plans for the office development include oversized windows for maximum daylight and panoramic views of Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown skylines. The building will include a variety of amenities, from state-of-the-art technology and a premier fitness center, to space for employees to relax with views of Atlanta, along with shopping, dining and fitness all within walking distance.
“Buckhead Village is one of the most desirable markets in the region because of its proximity to outstanding housing options, easy access to transportation and world-class amenities,” says Jeff Zeigler, senior director of Retail Services for OliverMcMillan. “We're continuously enhancing our workplace experience, knowing that today's creative professionals combine work and life more than ever.”
(Is the office even necessary anymore? Here's one take.)
The Office Buckhead Atlanta is designed to help companies attract the talent, and welcome employees and business partners to the white hot office submarket. Featuring a WalkScore of 93, The Office Buckhead Atlanta will be the most walkable location in Buckhead. The property is next The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, which offers six-city blocks of premier retail, dining and fitness destinations to seamlessly integrate work and life.
The Office Buckhead Atlanta is part of OliverMcMillan's larger vision for The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. Construction will begin with the demolition of the old HiFi Buys building at Peachtree Street and Bolling Way, with expected completion by early 2020. OliverMcMillan has tapped Deming Fish and Scott O'Halloran of Colliers International to market The Office Buckhead Atlanta for lease.
