CHICAGO—Ken Loeber has joined Cushman & Wakefield as president, Project & Development Services Americas, while Terry Rennaker has joined as senior managing director for the PDS platform. The two industry veterans most recently were founding principals of Eagle Rock Partners, a specialty project management firm focused on corporate project and development management. Loeber and Rennaker are based in Charlotte, NC.
Loeber will be responsible for the development of Cushman & Wakefield PDS service delivery and expansion across the Americas, including project management, development management and program management for both market-based and account-based clients. The 24-year industry veteran will report to Tod Lickerman, Cushman & Wakefield Chief Executive of the Americas. Rennaker will report to Loeber, with a focus on enhancing client services within PDS as well as expanding specialty practices including critical environments.
“Ken is truly a top leader in our industry with a broad background in project management, corporate services and development management,” says Lickerman. “He is one of the original pioneers in developing outsourced corporate real estate services across the US and around the world. He's been a great competitor over the years, and we're very excited to have him join us to help Cushman & Wakefield to maximize our PDS platform and deliver industry-leading client services across the Americas.”
Before co-founding Eagle Rock, Loeber held senior leadership roles with Foundry Commercial, CBRE and Trammell Crow Co., serving as President of Foundry Commercial and Global Chief Sales Officer for CBRE. For his part, Rennaker previously served as VP for Skanska USA Building Inc. and as a director for CBRE, also holding a leadership position with Trammell Crow. He has successfully directed the completion of more than $4 billion in projects, primarily data centers.
With Loeber and Rennaker having joined Cushman & Wakefield, Gary Helminski will transition to head of development management and focus on growing the firm's Development Management Services platform. Since joining the company in 2008, Helminski has helped design the PDS team and its end-to-end process for workplace environments.
