New Brunswick is Just the Ticket for Austrian Visitor Management Firm

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—After a national search for space, Austrian visitor management company SKIDATA has decided that New Brunswick is just the ticket for its access solutions company headquarters. The firm opened a new, 11,500-square-foot US headquarters office at Albany Street Plaza in New Brunswick.

SKIDATA relocated to the class A property at 120 Albany Street from nearby Hillsborough, NJ. Cushman & Wakefield’s Warren Searles represented SKIDATA in its search and lease negotiation, and Mary DaCosta served as project manager for the expansion move. Sam Boraie served as landlord rep for Albany Street Plaza.
