$400M Glassboro, NJ, Live-Work-Play-Learn Redevelopment Enters Final Phase

GLASSBORO, NJ—In what is billed as a transformative, multi-phase redevelopment of its downtown area near Rowan University, Nexus Properties has opened A3, a development that includes luxury student and market-rate apartments, retail and office space, state-of-the-art classrooms and a multi-level parking garage.

A3 is the largest phase of the redevelopment of what has been dubbed Rowan Boulevard, a $400-million “public-public-private” development initiative that officials say is creating an inter-generational town center linking Glassboro with its hometown Rowan University, one of the fastest-growing educational institutions in the nation.
