NEW YORK CITY—SRS Real Estate Partners has expanded its National Net Lease Group with two team members who will be located in the New York office. Joining the NNLG are Britt Raymond as first VP, and Kyle Fant as senior associate, both formerly of Marcus & Millichap.
“Britt and Kyle's presence in New York, and the expansion of the National Net Lease Group platform in the city, are crucial steps in continuing our growth and allows us to better serve our existing clients while also increasing our client base in this region,” says Matthew Mousavi, managing principal with NNLG. “With the addition of our brokers in our Manhattan office, we are well positioned to continue our growth and synergize with our existing brokers in that market.”
The addition of Raymond and Fant expands SRS' coverage on the East Coast and bolsters the firm's ability to serve clients nationwide in the net lease arena. Raymond joins SRS with eight years' commercial real estate experience specializing in net lease and anchored shopping center investment sales.
Known for expertise in the economic factors that cause shifts in the retail industry, Raymond focuses on advising investors during ground up development, asset repositioning, lease negotiation and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She has closed over $230 million in commercial transactions and currently represents more than $80 million in assets.
Fant joins SRS with three years' experience specializing in investment sales of net lease, strip center, and anchored retail centers nationwide. Within the past year, he has been responsible for over $100 million worth of assets sold, placed under contract and exclusively listed. He earned the Pace Setter Award at Marcus & Millichap for outstanding sales performance during the first 12 months at the firm.
