TYSONS, VA–Lerner Enterprises has signed on two tenants in recent weeks for its Tysons II master planned development. The most recent is Parks Hotel, which will occupy 31,000 square feet in 1777 Tysons Boulevard. Parks Hotel is moving its headquarters to this office tower, the newest in the complex.

Lerner Enterprises signed another lease a few weeks ago with Hensel Phelps at 1600 Tysons Boulevard. The company will occupy 30,000 square feet in the 13-story office tower.

1600 Tysons Boulevard is a 305,000 square foot building located just two blocks from the Tysons Corner Metro Station. It is connected to all of the developments in Tysons II by a climate-controlled pedestrian skywalk, including Lerner's other trophy office buildings as well as Tysons Galleria and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Brian F. Tucker and John B. Dragelin of JLL represented Lerner in both transactions. Hensel Phelps was represented by Dave Millard, Peter Berk, Nick Gregorios and Sam Abramson of Avison Young.
