Centers Look to Synergistic Leases for Ideal Merch Mix

KILLEEN, TX—Amid the consumer shift in retail preferences, retail centers are increasingly looking to provide a mix that is not only diverse but also interesting and compelling to its surrounding target demographic. With that in mind, The Woodmont Company recently completed a 45,000-square-foot lease with Conn’s Home Plus at Wendland Plaza, a 192,322-square-foot retail center located at 1101 S. Fort Hood St. Grant Gary and Dan Rebensdorf of The Woodmont Company represented the landlord.
