Two Tower Center Boulevard, East Brunswick, NJ

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—Pittsburgh-based PNC Bank has renewed and extended its lease on 90,000 square feet at 2 Tower Center Boulevard in East Brunswick, NJ, where the bank has had its New Jersey headquarters for many years. The iconic tower is visible for miles from the New Jersey Turnpike near Exit 9.

Newmark Knight Frank's New Jersey vice chairman and COO, David Simson, represented the tenant during the negotiations; Jeremy Neuer, senior vice president of CBRE, represented the landlord, LHR Group.

“We are delighted to have assisted PNC with this high-profile transaction, to accommodate the long-term vision and objectives of the organization for the foreseeable future,” says Simson. “The upgraded and modified offices will offer more efficiency, creating the appropriate workplace strategy.”

Two Tower Center's ownership recently repositioned the property and has included several upgrades, including a conference center, health club and full cafeteria. The 406,000-square-foot building features office space across 24 floors and a seven-story parking garage with 1,490 spaces. It lies directly adjacent to its sister property, One Tower Center, and a Hilton Hotel.
