Half of Units Sell Three Years Before Move-In

WALNUT CREEK, CA—The continuing care retirement community, Viamonte of Walnut Creek, is set to break ground in February. While slightly behind schedule from the originally proposed date, the community has sold half of its residences since opening its salesroom six months ago. Residences will be available for occupancy in 2020.

Viamonte is a 174-unit community to be built by Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services. The community will encompass a 3.8 acre parcel located on The Orchards development. When fully completed, The Orchards will include shopping and dining, trails and outdoor community areas, along with the new senior housing community.
