BETHESDA, MD–The Donohoe Cos. and USAA Real Estate have acquired 7101 Wisconsin Ave., a 230,904-square-foot office. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a joint venture of Brandywine Realty Trust and Allstate Investments. The asset was sold free and clear of existing debt. 7101 Wisconsin is a quarter mile from the Bethesda Metrorail Station.

FAIRFAX, VA–HFF secured $55 million in financing for Modera Fairfax Ridge, a 213-unit apartment building. The borrower was a joint venture between Mill Creek Residential Trust and The Olayan Group. The financing was a seven-year, floating-rate loan with ING Capital LLC. Loan proceeds were used to retire the existing construction financing. Modera Fairfax Ridge is located at 3887 Fairfax Ridge Road.

ALEXANDRIA, VA–HFF has refinanced King Street Metro Place, a 141,253-square-foot, office building. The HFF team represented the borrower, Stockbridge, in securing the floating-rate bank financing. King Street Metro Place is located at 1737 King St.

BALTIMORE, MDLayher North America, a producer of modular scaffolding systems used on construction sites, has acquired a 36,814 square foot warehouse/office building located on 7014 E. Baltimore St. in the Dundalk section of Baltimore County. The sales price was $2.5 million.

ROSSLYN, VAMonday Properties has secured University of Virginia Darden School of Business as a tenant on the 30th and 31st floors of 1100 Wilson Blvd. The long-term lease, which begins early next year, includes 40,000 square feet of administrative, conferencing and classroom space.
