JERSEY CITY, NJ—Fisher Development Associates has opened Vantage, a new luxury 448-unit waterfront rental building in Jersey City's downtown Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.
The 45-story building sports world-class amenities and one-of-a-kind views of the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Harbor Marina and Manhattan skyline.
Nearly 100 residents have already moved into the building, Fisher says.
“The building looks beautiful and certainly adds to the skyline which makes Jersey City so special in regards to this entire region,” says Mayor Stephen Fulop, who joined Fisher executives at a ribbon cutting. “We look forward to more projects like this.”
Situated at 33 Park View Avenue, Vantage is near the city's Paulus Hook and Van Vorst Park neighborhoods. Dining and nightlife are nearby on Newark Avenue, while Manhattan is just minutes away via the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations and New York Waterway ferry service.
“We're proud to have been a part of Jersey City's ascent into a leading center of dining, culture, entertainment and lifestyle in the New York metropolitan area,” says Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates. “Vantage is the fourth residential building we've introduced in this market, delivering nearly 1,500 homes to the many looking to call Jersey City home. This cutting-edge tower has been designed to fulfill the needs and lifestyle of today's renters with expansive floor plans, a full roster of resort-like amenities, magnificent 360 views and an ultra-commuter friendly location.”
Vantage offers studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts are available in some of the largest apartment homes in Jersey City's new construction marketplace. Residences have nine-foot ceiling heights, wood flooring, recessed LED lighting, in-home washer and dryer units and cutting-edge energy-efficient systems.
Designed by S9 Architecture, Vantage features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that maximize the property's location and panoramic views.
Indoor and outdoor social and recreational amenities include a 24-hour concierge, cyber café, state-of-the-art health club, children's playroom, business center, conference room, screening room, dining area and an enclosed parking garage. A sixth-floor outdoor amenity deck features a swimming pool, lounge, landscaped area and full-court basketball court, and a Vantage Point Sky Lounge on the 45th floor offers a social space with panoramic views.
“Renters from both sides of the Hudson River have found Vantage offers the urban living experience they desire,” says Adrienne Albert, CEO of The Marketing Directors, which is handling leasing for Vantage. “The views are incomparable and exactly what you'd expect in a stylish residential high-rise that fuses together all the elements that make Jersey City so desired, from sizable, designer homes and an amenity-rich environment to a location near mass transportation and blocks from its diverse and dynamic downtown scene.”
Fisher Development is pursuing LEED Certification from the US Green Building Council for Vantage.
