MIAMI—Tampa Regional Industrial Park, an 117-acre business park is Tampa’s newest master-planned distribution park and largest speculative industrial development since 2007, is gaining momentum. Duke Realty just leased more than 80% leased with two deals.

Advanced Airfoil Components leased 210,723 square feet for its headquarters. The new joint venture of Siemens and Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation evaluated multiple states before ultimately choosing Tampa. Ralph’s Transfer leased about 63,000 square feet. Rick Narkiewicz, NKF senior managing director and associate Bobby Sampson, represented Duke.
