Younger Workforce Seeks Low-Cost Amenities Near Transit

FARMERS BRANCH, TX—With an eye toward the younger professional who not only wants rental housing near transit options, but with the latest amenities all at a lower cost, phase II is underway on Mustang Station Apartments. The project is being developed by Western Securities, designed by BGO Architects and built by KWA Construction.

Mustang Station sits at 2500 Bill Moses Pkwy., next to the area’s DART light rail station, providing residents with access to public transportation throughout Dallas. Construction of the four-story 186-unit apartment complex is expected to be complete by the end of 2018.
