DALLAS—Due to mobility issues, the aging population is often in need of specialized healthcare products to be delivered and more companies are adding space to accommodate operations. One such company is Advanced Infusion Solutions, a provider of home infusion solutions, intraspinal pump medication delivery and comprehensive pharmacy services.

The home healthcare company recently leased 53,397 square feet in a Lower Tollway building, Gramercy Center South, according to ATCAP Partners. The two-building 256,000-square-foot office park is located at 18451 N. Dallas Pkwy., at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road. This location provides access to not only the Tollway but George Bush Turnpike. The buildings sit on 11.27 acres.

The class-B buildings were built in 1999, according to CompStak. The buildings boast a reputable building security and property management team.
