LAS VEGAS—This past year, Los Angeles-based brokerage firm Lee & Associates executed a substantial expansion plan with a new office in Seattle and a roster of more than 890 brokers. It was the follow-up to rapid expansion the prior year, which included a strategic partnership with UK-based brokerage firm Gerald Eve that gives the firm a gateway into European markets, new office openings and its foray into Canada. This year, Lee & Associates is preparing for more growth.

At the firm's annual broker's summit in Las Vegas, Jeff Rinkov, Lee & Associates CEO, and Brian Lynch, principal and co-president of Lee & Associates' New Jersey office, sat down for an exclusive interview to talk about the firm's expansion plans for the year. Lynch, who heads the firm's East Coast expansion, says that quality over quantity is Lee & Associates' primary focus. In addition to expanding offices and geographies this year, the firm is also expanding services and programs. Rinkov says that this year, the firm will expand and add its data centers and healthcare real estate services, among others.

In this video interview, Rinkov and Lynch delve into their expansion and growth plans for the year, and give us some insight into the growth that they have already experienced. Press play to hear more about the firm's recruiting efforts, the markets where we can expect new offices and the services it is adding to its roster.
