Mandalay Tower Chicago-based GridLiance has leased the top floor of Mandalay Tower 3.

IRVING, TX—According to Cushman & Wakefield research, Las Colinas led the Dallas-Fort Worth market in office leasing activity during the third quarter of 2017, with 505,905 square feet in new deals and renewals—topping Legacy/Frisco and Uptown. Year to date, Las Colinas has recorded 1.6 million square feet in leasing activity.

This is an indication of the positive response to the new Music Factory and Water Street developments, both of which are within walking distance of Mandalay Towers. In DFW’s latest corporate headquarters relocation win, Chicago-based GridLiance has leased the top floor of Mandalay Tower 3.
