WASHINGTON, DC–StonebridgeCarras has made the long-awaited announcement about the hotel that will be part of its 500,000-square foot mixed use project at 7373 Wisconsin Ave.: OTO Development has signed an agreement to bring a AC Hotel by Marriott.

StonebridgeCarras's $300 million vision for 7373 Wisconsin Ave. is now well known: it combines a 390,000-square-foot trophy office building with a hotel. One of the missing pieces has been the flag.

This will be the sixth AC Hotel within OTO's owned portfolio. Each of the properties in this flag incorporate elements of its particular urban location. In this case, the 219-key hotel will also serve as the social center for the $300 million larger complex, with the AC Lounge spilling out onto a public plaza that has a 45-foot overhang.
