A local energy company is doing just that in the selection of The Summit at Las Colinas for its national headquarters.
Guidon Energy has inked a long-term full-floor lease and will be housed in 22,360 square feet, occupying the entire 13th floor of The Summit at Las Colinas at 545 E. John Carpenter Fwy. The lease commences in the first quarter of 2018.
Guidon Energy is an oil and gas company founded in the Midland Basin, where it is developing approximately 33,000 gross acres in the core of Martin County, TX.
