NEW YORK CITY—Trepp is moving its corporate headquarters to Rockefeller Center in March 2018. It will occupy the entire 7th floor, 25,000 square feet of office space in the Tishman Speyer building at 600 Fifth Ave.

“As our staff has grown and our needs evolved, it became evident that we needed to rethink our office space configuration,” says Trepp's CEO, Annemarie DiCola. She notes the new design will encourage teams to be more creative and collaborative.

A Trepp spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com that over the last 18 months, Trepp has expanded with the acquisition of two data firms. The new office will have shared spaces, shared private enclaves and integrated technologies. An open design will feature several breakout and meeting areas. In addition, employees will be able to work in Trepp's dedicated café or terrace with a view of Rockefeller Center.

Founded in 1979, Trepp provides data and analytics to securities and investment management companies focusing on structured finance, commercial real estate and banking. In its current location at 477 Madison Ave., Trepp occupies three floors. In addition, they leased part of another floor that was used by DMGT sister companies. Built in 1954, the 24-story, 327,000-square-foot building is owned by Shorenstein Properties.

Constructed in 1952, as part of the 19-building, 22-acre Rockefeller Center complex, the 27-story building at 600 Fifth Ave. is located at West 48th Street.

CBRE brokers working with Trepp included Mary Ann Tighe, Rob Hill, Ben Friedland, Ramneek Rikhy and Marlee Teplitzky.
