FRISCO, TX—After years of looking for an opportunity to acquire a retail investment in Frisco, the right property presented itself for JAH Realty LP. The firm recently acquired The Shops at Stonebriar, an 183,000-square-foot shopping center located on approximately 22 acres at the southwest corner of Preston Road and Gaylord Parkway. The terms were undisclosed.

The 93% occupied center is anchored by Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Sun & Ski Sports, DXL, Patel Brothers Grocery and includes other notable tenants such as Fadi’s, Fitness HQ, Smoothie King, The Vitamin Shoppe, Fuddruckers, Weight Watchers, Bellezza Salon Suites and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
