NEW YORK CITY—The latest tenants to commit to opening stores at The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards now include Cartier, Van Cleef and Piaget. The 720,000 square-foot retail center is 70% committed and scheduled to open in March 2019.

Designed by Boston-based architecture firm Elkus-Manfredi, the center will house New York City's first Neiman Marcus and the first Watches of Switzerland showroom to open in the US. The Related Companies spokesperson declined to provide information regarding leasing prices.

The Shops & Restaurants fashion tenants will include AG Jeans by Adriano Goldschmied, Aritzia, Athleta, Banana Republic, Coach, Lululemon, Stuart Weitzman and Tory Burch. Two-story shops of Zara and H&M will serve as anchor tenants. The center will house beauty retailers The Body Shop, Kiehl's, Jo Malone, MAC, NYX, Origins, Sephora and Urban Decay. Thomas Keller's American restaurant, a new version of David Chang's Momofuku, Chef Costas Spiliadis' Greek seafood restaurant Estiatorio Milos, a D&D London brasserie, and Chef Michael Lomonaco's American Grill will be food options at the location.

The Shops & Restaurants will provide a mile of shopping. Visitors will enter a five-story atrium, for which designer James Carpenter will create a full acre glass wall, allowing views of Hudson Yards' Public Square and Gardens and the city's skyline. A mix of retailers are planned to lease spaces on levels one, three, and four. Level two will focus on retail, and cultural and social spaces. Levels four, five and six will house restaurants and food retail that open in the early morning with hours extending into the late evening.
