Hospital, Traditional Clinic or Retail Location?

No one can deny the impact the e-commerce industry has had on the retail properties. Landlords and investors of retail properties are constantly on the lookout for creditworthy tenants who can also consistently draw foot traffic to their properties.

And in the healthcare industry, “In today’s fast paced world, hospitals and doctors, strive to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place and at an affordable price that is relevant to the patient/customer,” says Ross J. Caulum, assistant VP of corporate real estate and corporate director of construction at Scripps Health, who will speak at the upcoming RealShare Healthcare conference in Scottsdale, AZ.
