HOUSTON—The Greenspoint area continues to be attractive to businesses looking for a good location and amenities, and is steadying after the oil downturn. Within the submarket, Intercontinental Park I is a three-story 83,969-square-foot office building. The building is located near Bush Intercontinental Airport, Sam Houston Tollway and Interstate 45 at 16801 Greenspoint Park.
Intercontinental Park can accommodate a variety of requirements ranging from approximately 1,146 to 13,545 square feet of contiguous space. Most recently, Lincoln Property Company secured two leases totaling 34,199 square feet there.
Centre Technologies signed a new lease for 18,073 square feet of office space. Interactive Learning Systems Inc. signed a new lease for 16,126 square feet of space.
