Gang highlights how the firm leverages technology during construction. “We used performance-based design technique instead of prescriptive methods, to achieve the building height in the most stringent region for earthquake resistance,” says Gang. “Additionally, post tensioned concrete floor slabs of structural design maximize the use of floor height and to reduce over-consumption of building construction materials.”
