Members Choice

HOUSTON—Several high-profile construction projects are underway in the Energy Corridor. These projects include the completion of the Members Choice Credit Union, the topping out of MD Anderson's new diagnostic and outpatient treatment center, and the renovation of 16001 Park Ten Place.

The new Members Choice Credit Union headquarters is located at Barker Cypress and the Katy Freeway. Construction began on the new offices in August 2016. Members Choice will lease out 32,000 square feet of class-A office space and offer two community rooms for group meetings. The Houston-based institution since 1941 recently moved into the new corporate headquarters building across Interstate 10 from Wolff Companies' Ten Oaks.

“With construction completed on the four-story 80,000-square-foot building, IT and furniture are just finished being installed,” Carolyn Wolff, executive vice president of Wolff Companies, tells GlobeSt.com. “Employees began occupying their space at the end of November and the new building opened to customers this week.”
