Bellagreen

WEBSTER, TX—X Team International partner Baker Katz acquired a 2-acre site in Webster earlier this year and has broken ground on two buildings, totaling approximately 15,000 square feet, which will include large outdoor patio seating and visibility to Bay Area Boulevard. Fast forward to next year as Bellagreen is set to occupy a 3,500-square-foot space at the new shopping center at 820 West Bay Area Blvd. between Interstate 45 and Texas Avenue. The dining establishment will serve as an integral component of the project.

Baker Katz completed the lease on behalf of Bellagreen. Neal Wade with Baker Katz represented the landlord, Bk Baybrook LLC, and Ben Brown with Baker Katz and Jennifer Watson with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

“It has been great working with Bellagreen to help drive their expansion in Houston,” Brown tells GlobeSt.com. “This will be a great addition to the restaurant landscape in the Baybrook market, which has been a primary focus for Bellagreen.”
