Hebron 121

LEWISVILLE, TX—Many people opt for apartment living because of its many communal perks, where others desire the privacy and space of a single home. The Big House concept allows for both. Phase V of the $300 million resort-style Hebron 121 Station recently broke ground using this design concept.

The Big House design—eliminating standard multifamily features such as common spaces and shared breezeways—allows each unit direct entry to its own garage, plus private stairs for upper units, and walkout patios and balconies. It is one of the only Big House design projects in the DFW metro.

Multifamily general contractor, KWA Construction, was selected by developer Huffines Communities to build Phases III and IV prior to breaking ground on Phase V. The latest $35.5 million phase incorporates the Big House concept created by multifamily architect Humphreys & Partners Architects LP.
