ATLANTA—JD Jeske, formerly a tenant rep broker at Avison Young, joined WiredScore as head of WiredScore Atlanta to lead the expansion the company's Wired Certification in the regional office market. WiredScore is the company behind the international rating system for technological capacity in commercial buildings.

WiredScore's Wired Certification program rates the infrastructure, connectivity and technological capacity of buildings. The certification helps office landlords communicate their connectivity as a valuable asset to prospective tenants. The goal is to prompt shorter leasing cycles and an increase in price per square foot of certified assets.

To date, WiredScore is primarily active in the Northeast. The company has identified Atlanta as the its next point of focus due to the burgeoning financial technology industry better known as Transaction Alley.
