LOS ANGELES—To bolster its new CBRE 360 offering for enhanced employee experience, CBRE has named Brian Harrington and Brennan McReynolds to key roles. Harrington will be chief product officer for CBRE 360, while McReynolds will serve as SVP, business development & operations.

“Brian and Brendan have a track record of helping organizations to develop user-focused solutions that meet clients' needs,” says Andrew Kupiec, global president, CBRE 360. “Combining their consumer expertise with CBRE's leadership in workplace solutions and building management will accelerate our ability to guide clients through the radically changing world of work.”

Harrington most recently was inaugural entrepreneur in residence for the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and earlier served as chief marketing officer for car-sharing service Zipcar, where Kupiec led North American operations before joining CBRE. At Zipcar, Harrington oversaw all brand experience, member acquisition and engagement, public relations, policy and partnership efforts.

McReynolds was most recently COO at Event Farm, a B2B marketing technology platform, where he oversaw operations, finance and experiential technology. As one of Event Farm's initial hires in 2011, he was instrumental in the shift to a SaaS-based business model, securing venture funding and the overall growth of the company. During the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, McReynolds spent 30 days on the ground leading the technology platform that enabled Nike's athlete and VIP brand experience during the games.

Earlier this month, Kupiec told GlobeSt.com that CBRE 360 is “a global capability designed to enhance the workplace experience. We execute on that by integrating traditional core building services such as management of maintenance, security and document services, and combining those with such amenities as concierge services, food and beverage, wellness, events, all the things that tenants and employees are asking for.” It draws on CBRE's extensive experience with workplace solutions as well as its own Workplace360 (initiative, which has driven higher employee engagement and efficiency gains at more than 60 CBRE global offices since its 2013 launch.
