Onyx Plans Makeover at Woodbridge Crossing Retail Power Center

Onyx and its exclusive leasing agent, Sabre Real Estate Group, also have completed 65,000 square feet in new leases at Woodbridge Crossing.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ—Onyx Equities has unveiled a multi-million-dollar renovation plan for Woodbridge Crossing, a 285,000-square-foot retail power center at 475 Green Street, adjacent to Woodbridge Mall, at the intersection of Routes 1 and 9 in Woodbridge, NJ.

In October 2017, Onyx began a repositioning program to revitalize the center, which is in the historically hard-to-enter Woodbridge/Edison Route 1 retail corridor. Ownership is addressing several conditions to improve the tenant and customer experience at the center.
